NEW CONSTRUCTION: building permits and driveway access permits are required.

Apply for your building permit at the Chisago County Zoning Office and a driveway access permit will be included for your convenience.

 

WHEN MODIFYING AN EXISTING DRIVEWAY, OR INSTALLING A NEW DRIVEWAY (WITHOUT NEW CONSTRUCTION): 

Apply for your driveway access permit by calling the Shafer Township Hall at (651) 583-2168.
